To be eligible for a return, we do require any returned merchandise to be in good condition, and the return process must be initiated within 60-Days of original purchase. 

Exchanges: 

To initiate a return for exchange, please contact us via email at support@styliabeauty.com We will provide you with the address to send your return.

  We will need:

  • The original order number
  • The reason for the return
  • The replacement item (must be of equal or lesser value than the initial purchase) that you would like to receive. 

Refunds:

To initiate a return for a refund, please contact us via email at support@styliabeauty.com, We will provide you with the address to send your return. Please be advised, the return and refund process can take up to 10-business days to complete, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
